We take your privacy seriously

The EU has stricter requirements, and we have adapted.

Privacy is important to us and we work actively to ensure the integrity, availability and confidentiality of your personal data. This privacy policy provides detailed information about what personal data is collected, how it is collected, and what rights you have if we have registered personal data about you.

  1. Basic requirements for the processing of personal data

Sports Connect AS owns and operates GoSki Oslo, and we are responsible for the processing of your personal data ("data controller") when you visit our website or use our services. The information is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Information about you and your use of our services. In order to deliver our services to you, we process information about who you are and how you use the service. We process information such as your name, telephone number, e-mail address and postal address when it is necessary to send something to you. In addition, we process the information you provide on our pages when purchasing.

    Technical information

In order to provide the service, offer the best possible user experience and provide customer support, we collect and process technical information about you visiting the website. We process information about which device and browser you use, your IP address, landing page and visit history.

    Especially about payment information

When paying by invoice or card, we only store information that is necessary to handle any problems with debit, cancellation of reservation or credit. This is done in accordance with the Accounting Act for the storage of accounting documents.

    Special about course information

We will update our status page with the latest information on class, meeting point etc. To ensure important information to the participants, we will also send emails to the participants. The emails are sent to all participants of the course group and not as a blind copy to ensure that they do not end up in the spam filter.

    Protection of your personal data

It is a legal requirement that your personal data is stored securely and confidentially. However, there is always a risk when transferring data online. It will never be possible to ensure 100% security in such transfers, as unauthorized persons can gain access. Thus, it is your own responsibility when you provide your personal data.

  3. Our e-letter

We send out e-letters to our followers 1-2 times a month. Participants on our class will only receive this where it is clear that the e-letter is part of the offer. Our newsletter is intended to provide even better customer follow-up, and you can always unsubscribe whenever you wish. The email provider we use is Google.
