Here's what you can expect:

Beginners learn basic techniques that provide the confidence to continue cross-country skiing on their own.
Experienced skiers receive tips to refine their technique, ski more efficiently, and master various types of terrain.
The course lasts 90 minutes with the option for an additional 30 minutes of fun activities and ski competitions.

About the course

DURATION:

90 minutes per session
120 min per session (extra 30 min for ski games and competitions, or 1-on-1 instruction).
1, 2 or 3 lesson evenings.

GROUP SIZE:

Up to 25 people.
Our instructors adapt the instruction for groups of all sizes and levels.

PRICE INFORMATION:

5500 NOK per instructor - 90 min
6500 kr per instructor - 120 min
We recommend 1 instructor per 6–8 participants for the best possible guidance.

For example: If you are a group of 15 people, we recommend 2 instructors. It is also possible to have 1 instructor for a larger group, but personal guidance will be somewhat limited.

COURSE LOCATIONS:
We hold courses in popular locations in the Oslo area:

Frognerseteren
(ski equipment rental not available)
Tryvann
(ski equipment rental is available, classic only)
Holmenkollen
(equipment rental available, but limited opening hours - date must be confirmed before booking)

These locations are easily accessible by public transport and have cafes and restaurants nearby for a pleasant end to your course day.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL:

Equipment rental is available if needed.

Ski rental is available at Tryvann (classic only) and Holmenkollen. However, it is not available at Frognerseteren.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Companies wishing to postpone or cancel an agreed course must do so no later than 14 days before the course starts.
