Equipment:
We can rent roller skis for 300 NOK, your instructor will bring it to the lesson.
You must bring your own helmet, ski boots, poles and gloves.

Before you sign up

Yes and no . The course is best suited for those who have some experience of cross-country skiing on snow. If you are completely new, we recommend starting with cross-country skiing lessons during the winter season first.
But if you are very eager and can't wait until winter, you can still try.

You must bring:
Helmet
Ski boots with a regular standard binding ( NNN binding)
Ski poles
Gloves
We can rent roller skis for 300 NOK.
Wear clothes you can move freely in, and bring something to drink. -
We offer courses in both techniques. Feel free to choose the style you are most comfortable with or want to improve on before winter. You can also try a new technique.
Remember to state your preference for technique when booking, and we will match you with the right instructor and equipment. -
Yes. You should just add an extra person when booking. Both will receive follow-up from the same instructor, and the level will be adjusted together. In that case, you must go in the same style - either classic or skating .

We teach in Norwegian and/or English. Please specify your preferred language when booking.

Light rain is usually fine, as long as you maintain grip on the asphalt. In the event of heavy rain, thunderstorms or slippery road conditions, we will reschedule at no charge.

At the Holmenkollen ski stadium (in the finish area) — 10 minutes walk from Holmenkollen Metro station (Line 1). Free parking available. Other meeting points can be arranged upon request.
