European size:

*We round up shoe sizes. For example, 28.5 cm will show as a European size 45 instead of 44.5. This provides better comfort, especially if the shoes are not for competitive use.

How to measure shoe length?

We recommend measuring your foot in millimeters by placing a piece of paper against a wall, then marking the front of your foot and measuring the length in mm. Add or subtract +/- 5 mm based on your preference and sock thickness.

Important information about shoe sizes

The tables below are based on information from leading ski boot manufacturers and provide a good indication of the correct shoe size. However, it's worth noting that sizes can vary slightly between brands and may be updated over time. Based on personal experience, most tables are accurate, but we recommend using them as a guide.

  1. Fischer

  2. Madshus

  3. Alpina

  4. Rossignol

  5. Salomon

  6. Atomic

A useful rule of thumb is to choose a slightly larger size if you are unsure. This is because larger shoes can provide better comfort by allowing for thicker socks or an extra insole. Additionally, slightly larger shoes can help keep your feet warmer, as they won't compress your foot, thus maintaining better blood flow.
